Glen Nevis Weekend
Submitted by admin on 1 June, 2016 - 20:27We had a great weekend in Glen Nevis mainly based at Polldudh area. Activities included bouldering, multi pitch and trad climbing. Everyone had a great time both during the day when climbing and in the evening as most stayed at the same campsite. We were supported throughout by EICA Ratho instructors.

At Home at EICA:Ratho
Submitted by davidf on 26 October, 2014 - 00:00We didn't bring a camera to our day at Ratho recently which is a pity because the 16 Quickdraw Climbers and their families made for a busy day in the arena. Our older members, Jodie, Keira and Kirsten were on hand to lead a group warm up and to mentor younger climbers throughout the day. We mixed things up a bit so that people climbed with different partners, some new, some familiar.

Thanks to Mark Davidson for these photos of everybody hard at work at this, one of Quickdraws favourite venues. After a warm up led by Jodie everyone got stuck in to the climbing. Yorkshire Dales Trip
Submitted by davidf on 10 August, 2014 - 00:00A great weekend over the border in Yorkshire. Saturday found the club at Robin Proctor's Scar getting stuck in to the limestone. Older climber lead routes and fixed top ropes for the younger climbers to use. Sunday's weather wasn't so kind (OK the rain was torrential at times) so we headed underground to White Scar Caves followed by a quick session at the Kendal Climbing Wall before returning north. Thanks to Dave Brown and Andrea Partridge for the photos
It was Keira's birthday on the Sunday so we had cakes
